Which KChlor Pool Chlorinator is best for you?
It depends on the size of your pool. To calculate how many litres are in your pool simply multiply the length by the width and then the average depth (depth at the deep end plus depth at the shallow end divided by 2).
Even if your pool is not rectangular in shape, this is still a good way to measure it, as it is always a good idea to overestimate the pool size anyway, so the chlorinator you choose does not have to work too hard to maintain it. Therefore any curves in the pool can be ignored.

What does KChlor's 5 Year Warranty Cover?
K-Chlor’s 5 year warranty is a full warranty, meaning that at any time during that period your unit should fail due to faulty materials or manufacture we will repair or replace this for you free of charge.
This 5 Year Warranty is on the Power Pack + 5 Years or 12,000 hrs on the cell (whichever comes first).
How do I make a claim?
K-Chlor’s 5 year warranty is serviced by Kawana Chlorinator Spares and all you need to do to make a claim is to fill in a warranty application here.
They will want the date of purchase, place of purchase e.g. best pool chlorinators, the serial number of the unit and a photo of the number of hours it has been in use for, to make sure it hasn’t gone over the 12,000 hours, even if it is less than 5 years old.

What warranty period do your competitors offer?
Most manufacturers of pool chlorinators offer between one and two year warranties. There are a few exceptions offering 3 years but anything over 3 years will typically either be a pro-rata warranty or include part full and part pro-rata e.g. 3 years – 2 year pro-rata.
